Bethany brings significant skills to her work. We benefit from her creativity, and her Masters Degree in English puts her in position to help the rest of us communicate clearly. She continues our church legacy of strong office support.
Susan Crosby, Pianist
Susan holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in music education from Ouachita Baptist University, and a master's degree in religious education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. She is a retired public school music teacher. Susan has been on what she describes as an 'ecumenical pilgrimage," serving churches in Southern Baptist, United Methodist, Episcopal, and Presbyterian (PCUSA) congratulations, before happily settling down in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Susan and Jo Lynn Robinson (our pastor's wife) met years ago through their association with the Association of Disciple Musicians and have been close friends ever since.

Jo Lynn Wilson Robinson, Director of Music
Jo Lynn holds and associate degree in Choral Conducting from Rogers State University, and has continuing education credits in in English Handbells. She has been active in leadership in both the Association of Disciple Musicians, where she served on the national council, and as President of the Region VI Board of the American Guild of English Handbell Ringers. She has served as clinician and seminar facilitator in state and regional festivals. Her patient leadership has produced great music from congregational volunteers, some of whom had no previous experience with reading music.

Jim is retired from full-time ministry, and serves our church on a part-time basis (although it is rumored that "part-time minister" is an oxymoron!) Jim holds Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Phillips Theological Seminary, and continues to use those skills of research and study to grow spiritually and to lead us into a growing sense of imitating Christ.
